Glen D. Linstrom, 82, of Forsyth died Monday October 30, 2017 in the Forsyth Nursing and Rehab Center. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, November 7 in the Faith Assembly of God Church in Forsyth with Pastor Roy Tennison officiating. Interment will be private.

Glen Douglas Linstrom was born Tuesday, December 4, 1934 in Denver CO to Floyd and Eileen (O'shaughnessy) Linstrom. At an early age, Glen began working with his father in a tire company. Later he worked for Firestone Rubber CO in Denver for fifteen years. Following his mother's death in 1996 he moved to Forsyth to be near his sister. Glen was known all over town for recording music from his church and distributing his CD's to businesses along Hwy 160 in Forsyth. He declared that making and recording the CD's was his ministry.

Glen was a very kind-hearted man that dearly loved the Lord. He was a special friend to his church family and community and especially his sister.

He is survived by a son, Vernon Moss (Lindstrom) of WI; a daughter, Mellody Hills of Ramsey, MI; a sister Kathryn Harrison and husband, John of Forsyth and a nephew, John T. Harrison.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Memorials in lieu of flowers may be sent to Faith Assembly of God Church, 14003 US. Hwy 160, Forsyth, MO 65653.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Kissee-Schofield-Eakins Funeral Home, Forsyth, MO.
