Tyler S. Davis, 27, of Springfield died Friday, June 23, 2017 at his residence. Services will be private.

Tyler Steven Davis was born Thursday, March 1, 1990 in Altamonte Springs, FL to Robert Joseph and Gail Ann (Hall) Davis. Tyler attended school in Altamonte Springs and graduated from the Lake Brantley High School in the class of 2009. During his youth, Tyler was very active in the Boy Scouts of America and achieved the highest honor awarded, Eagle Scout. After finishing school, he worked in various jobs in the area. He worked with horses at a local race track and later became a maintenance worker in the public schools. He was married to Ariel Lynn Emanuel in Altamonte Springs in May of 2015. They moved to Springfield where Tyler was currently employed in the maintenance department at Cox Health Care in Springfield, MO.

Tyler had a great sense of humor. He was funny and loved a good joke. He was very caring and always put others before himself, but most of all, he was very loving and cared greatly for his family, friends and pets. He enjoyed movies, horseback riding, and shooting guns.

He is survived by his wife, Ariel of Springfield; mother, Gail Hall of Forsyth; father, Robert Davis of FL; maternal grandmother, Clara Hall of Forsyth; paternal grandmother, Karen Davis of FL; brother, Conner Davis of FL; sister, Brittany Pettingill and husband, Steven of FL; aunt, Kelly Davis and uncles, Aaron Davis and Curtis Hall.

He is preceded in death by his grandfathers.
