Mrs. Vickie A. Eubank, 71, of Forsyth died Wednesday, July 11, 2018 at her
residence. Interment will be private
Vickie Ann Eubank was born Wednesday, February 5, 1947 in Prescott, AZ to
Richard and Mary Akin. She attended school in Prescott, AZ and graduated
from the Prescott High School in the class of 1966. She worked for various
jobs and lived various places. She met Loy Eubank in Long Beach, CA while
he was serving in the U. S. Navy. They were married August 26, 1989 in
Long Beach. She and Loy lived in Long Beach, Great Lakes, IL, Colonial
Beach, VA, San Diego, CA, Kansas City, MO and moved to Forsyth in 2004.
While in San Diego she owned and operated a catering company. When they
moved to Forsyth, Vickie worked for Krispy Cream in Branson.
Vickie enjoyed cooking, especially her home-made cinnamon rolls and
cooking for a large crowd. She also enjoyed shopping from the Home
Shopping Network. She had a great sense of humor and loved to talk. She
especially enjoyed her husband, grandson and nieces and nephews. She was
a former member of the U.S.N. Fleet Reserve Association.
She is survived by her husband, Loy Eubank of Forsyth; two sons, Eric
Eubank and wife, Dana of Kansas City, MO, and Joel Eubank of Columbia,
MO, and numerous step-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents and one brother.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Kissee-Schofield-Eakins Funeral
